T-Shirt of the Month August 2017

When I post my video diaries I always get comments about my Laura clothes. No, not my period dresses, but my Laura Ingalls Wilder t-shirts that I wear for travel and Laura trips. I thought everyone might enjoy a closer look at them. So enjoy our new monthly series where we look at a Laura shirt each month.

Shirt of the Month

Here is this month’s t-shirt:

Earlier this summer, in honor of the Walnut Grove Pageant’s 40th anniversary, I posted a classic – probably early 1980s? – t-shirt as the June 2017 t-shirt of the month. Walnut Grove museum director Amy Ankram responded to the Facebook post about it with a photo of this year’s anniversary shirt. Find out more about the Walnut Grove pageant at the June post linked above.

I absolutely loved it and actually made a quick detour on the way back from De Smet just to buy this shirt. You can still get one from the wonderful Walnut Grove giftshop. They aren’t on the website, but call 1-800-528-7280 and you can get them from the giftshop.
