What comes next?

It used to be that most of the series books were listed in a big thick book that I loved to get off the shelf and read through at the library. I don’t even know if that same book is still in print, but you can now find much of the same information online. Below is my list of favorite websites for finding out what comes next in a series. If I missed one you like to use, please let me know.

UPDATE: This is one of the top 10 all time posts that I’m reblogging. This is the newest post coming in at number 3 despite the fact that it’s much more recent than the other posts on this list, it’s not even a full year since I posted it yet.  I must admit I use this post a lot myself and I think it must still be fairly complete because no one has suggested anymore additions. If you find one I’m missing please let me know.

UPDATED September 25, 2015: I updated the signature block and added some information on FicFact.

UPDATED January 21, 2016: I added the blog from the Iowa Reader’s Advisory Round Table.

UPDATED August 5, 2016: I added the Books in Order site from IowaLib.
