Recently I was asked about helping a friend date some postcards. Sadly over the years most postcards don’t have dates on them, so giftshops and stores can continue selling them as new.
Although the information below is from a dealer (one I’ve bought a few things from) it does gives a straight list of how to judge a postcard’s age from its back.
Take a look for yourself and yes, my friend did date her card.
